Recycling & Crushing
John Luffman Trading believe in sustainable development which means minimising the production of waste through the efficient use of material and reuse of waste matter.
Recycling and crushing facilities are available at all of the licensed tips used by JLT ensuring that wherever possible, everything that is reusable is salvaged.
On-site crushing and recycling facilities are also available which can save money and reduce environmental impact by reducing the number of lorry movements, land fill volume and the amount of imported material required.
Mobile Jaw Crusher
Can be used on sites to crush material for recycling. JLT's jaw crusher has dust suppression, a magnet, and a belt weigher to give a tonnage at the end of the contract. It can output up to 150-250 tonnes per hour based on 6F5 material.
Mobile Cone Crusher
Can be used on site to produce material for chippings and sand in conjuntion with screener. JLT's cone crusher also has dust suppression, a magnet and belt weigher.
