John Luffman Trading own a number of the latest GPS and laser technologies from Topcon which we use at every opportunity to increase precision, speed and quality of our work.
We have Topcon mmGPS, 3DMC2, laser and GPS setting out systems. These advanced systems can be used for a variety of purposes e.g. laser grading with our dedicated laser grader or dozer attachments both using automatic machine control. The auto machine control keeps the dozer blade on grade (correctly elevated and angled) based on 3D plans of the site.
The equipment will achieve high degrees of accuracy down to +/-2mm. Box grading can be done using laser control or GPS laser control for high accuracy. This leaves no track marks so is ideal for factory or superstore floors as it can spread sand smoothly ready for concrete membranes.
We also have GPS setting out equipment which we use on most of our suitable sites.
